Depression Treatment Without Antidepressant

Millions of people today are being put on antidepressant drugs by their medical doctors. Without seeing a mental health professional like a psychiatrist or therapist, they get put on drugs and often get no talk therapy. This can be a pathway to dependence on anti depression drugs for life, and may not be necessary.
